Currently, we offer shipping within Europe. If you are located outside Europe and would like to inquire about shipping, please contact us for more information.
Maintenance
We recommend using a soft cloth and mild cleaning agents to ensure the longevity of your mirror. Harsh chemicals, abrasive cloths, or cleaning sprays containing ammonia can damage the surface and coating.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical issues. Installation-related issues are not covered under the warranty. If you choose our professional installation service, we ensure proper installation, but any damage caused during self-installation would not be covered.
Assembly and installation
The installation process usually takes between 1 to 2 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the mirror. Our professional team will handle the process quickly and efficiently.
We only offer installation services for mirrors purchased directly from LumiDale.
Yes, our mirrors come with all the necessary mounting materials and clear instructions for installation. However, we recommend professional installation for larger or more complex designs to ensure safety and proper mounting.
Questions about LumiPrestige (custom mirrors)
The design process for custom mirrors can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on the complexity and number of revisions required. We will provide a digital design for your approval before production begins.
